Santhià was 1985, when Giovanni Troiano passionate and totally dedicated to the restoration, he decided he was ready to give life to an activity of its own. The first years were very hard and very intense, thankfully Giovanni had the valuable help of his wife, Virginia, who never lost courage, and above all never surrender went forward, tackling together all the difficulties and the amount of work that presented itself to him day per day.
In the years Giovanni and Virginia have kept in the kitchen and taste the regional dishes of the Neapolitan tradition, combining a touch of internationality in the search for new flavors to bring to the table.
The experience led him to express the right mix of ingredients and choice of raw materials, and all the goodness of Italian cuisine.
